I was just wondering if you guys take any BCAAs and when do you take them. I am going to consider buying them after reading much about them. The only thing that is up in the air is the time frame on taking them. It seems that people put the time when taking them all across the board.

It is my understanding that the most beneficial time to consume them is post workout or maybe in the morning upon waking. Surge contains adequate amounts of BCAAs, so I don't use a separate supplement.
I take mine 30 before my workout and with PWO shake.
I've also heard of them being taken right before going to sleep.
