On the directions for Nitrix they state that you should not take Glutamine because it may diminish the effects of the nitrix…any info /help?
Id suggest just dont bother with the nitrix.
Add something more important thats proven to work like more BCAA’s, creatine, protien powders, vitamins, fish oils etc if you are looking to spend money on supplements.
I’d rather use glutamine than Nitrix.
Thanks for the feedback…My current sups are, Bsn Nitrix, Biotest BCAAs , olympian liquid fish oil, and protein, and of course some multi. vites, I wonder if the vascular increases are even from nitrix or just leaning up …im starting to think pretty poorly of BSN all together…
