Hey I know I need to take my BCAA’s, I was just wondering what brands are quality. Also, when yoy take them and how many grams you take. I’m assuming 30 min before, during, and after training. I think I need them before bed as well. Thanks for your suggestions.
I use Biotest BCAA’s (sold in the store on this site) and take a handful (six to eight) in the morning, before and after weight training, and at bedtime. Also, whenever I need an energy boost. For instance before taking off on a hike early in the AM I’ll slam a handful and drink a Spike Shotgun which is an excellent energy combo for me.
