I flip flop between the two, but really I think if you are drinking a halfway decent protein shake, it should have about 4-5grams of BCAA’s per scoop in it. So get some bulk Leucine!!!
When I flip flop, I swear I get more gains with Leucine, but seem to recover quicker with BCAA’s.
I’ve read if you take in just Leucine you’ll create an inbalance though, then the other 2 can actually be pulled from your muscles to create the triple bond 2:1:1.
