I’m on the keto diet, and I can’t get rid of the bottom layer of fat around my stomach. I’ve been doing the ECA stack now for over a month, and although it’s been working, I think it’s effects are weakening. I do plenty of HIIT cardio first thing in the morning, 4 times a week. I know that cortisol builds up in teh morning, and causes bellyfat, but do BCAA’s really help prevent that?
I don’t think that’s what they’re SUPPOSED to do. I believe they’re supposed to promote anabolism and reduce catabolism.
