G’day, i was doing some reading on PWO nutrition, it seems protein & BCAA’s “compete” PWO. Ive no idea how this would happen. Your thoughts? How should nutrient timing be changed to allow max absorbtion of both?
There are BCAA’s In protein.
But yes if you want those BCAA’s NOW then a protein will slow them a touch due to digestion except with something like Surge which uses a whey hydro. Pop your BCAAs wait 15 mins or so slam a shake if your that worried
