Pardon me if this question has been asked before. (I haven’t seen its own thread.) In any event, Mike Roussell, whose views I respect, noted that for fat less, BCAA’s were on the list along with fish oil and HOT-ROX:
Why are BCAA’s good for fat loss? Is it because they preserve muscle? (This woulnd’t be the same thing, though, as saying they are good for fat loss.) Or is it for some other reason?
I hadn’t seen anyone address BCAA’s as fat loss agents. (Again, I’ve seen people recommend them while diting - but it’s for their muscle-preservation effects.)
