I get 6 meals with 30 grams protein each meal. Is it overkill if I take BCAAs between these meals?
I would take bcca’s between meals if I were cutting.
When on a bulk , personally, I use them around my workout only.
Only if you’re on a very low-calorie diet.
BCAAs are great for recovery after a workout, but totally unnecessary in-between meals (when not dieting).

unless you want more muscle, but who needs that anyway.
