hi i just wanted to know what effects BCAA’s would have on a program with the main goal of increasing my strenght for the deadlift,squat,power clean and chins?
Id say aided recovery and growth. Making you able to perform better and or sooner during training making each training session more effective.
Also workouts can be catabolic, but if your doing a low volume stregth routine a bunch of carbs like Surge probably aren’t necessary if you are also watching body comp. so BCAA’s come into play here too.
