BCAA's and GP2

I have been taking 2 scoops of Glatimate peptides(sp?)a day. I was wondering if it would be better to take some BCAA’s with it too? Also how much GP and BCAA’s should I take and when ( I’m assuming befor bed and during/after my workout)

imho, it doesnt matter. Put your energy and money elsewhere

I am a big believer of glutamine peptide and BCAA’s between meals with water. Try about 3g of each between all of your meals. It is a bit pricey, but I have notices significant body compostion alteration and faster recovery from this approach, and I log everything, so I know when something is working and when it isn’t.
