BCAA's Absorption


I have soem BCAA powder. BCAA powder disolves in water as well as olive oil. Would it be ok for me to just take a spoonfull, stick it in my mouth and wash it down with a glass of water or does it need to be disolved to absorb properly? Same question for Creatine.



I pop both my L-Leucine and creatine (on off days) in my mouth with no problems.


Creatine should be added to something with BCAA's I believe, So I just add it to my After Work out Protein shake.

As far as BCAA's -- I don't see why it'd be a problem just doing what you're doing as far as those go



There's no problem with consuming BCAA and Creatine monohydrate at the same time, but there's no reason to go out of the way to do so either.
