BCAA: What Would Happen If...

It rubs the lotion on its skin; it does whatever it’s told!

Put the fuckin’ lotion in the basket!

LOL. Nightmares, thanks Brick

I can’t believe you guys haven’t heard of this… this is the protocol to be used in the next version of the V-Diet; 6 meals a day of 10g BCAA with only Flameout and one serving of broccoli once a week. you get teh hawt abzzzzz

You would die.

/thread.

If you purchased BCAA’s in bulk it would cost you 9 dollars a day. It would also taste really horrible.

That doesn’t even get into the fact it is a rather poorly designed diet.

A better idea would be to take in moderate protein, low fat, and low carb and mega-dose BCAA.

You actually don’t need, and can’t use, protien. Protien is broken down into amino acids, and THEY are used to build the protiens you need. In fact, there ARE cells that look for foreign protiens, and wipe them out. Those cells are NEEDED for immunity, among other things.

BTW one amino acid is, ironically, VERY necessary for that, AND muscle, AND brain cells. It’s name? Glutamine! And taurine is ALSO important. So is tryptophan, etc… Without tryptophan, you would go nuts and, after you killed everyone, etc… you would probably die. That would probably happen BEFORE you waisted away from lack of taurine and glutamine, and the other 3 to 5 necessary aminos.

So BCAAs may be very important, and protien is all but worthless(The body uses it like a recycling plant uses JUNK, or like a panner uses sludge from the bottom of a river!), but you DO need OTHER amino acids.

BTW the aminos won’t work without some vitamins and minerals. Calcium is used by bone, teeth, brain, muscle, simple movement, etc…

Ummmm I stopped reading after this. Firstly learn how to spell protein.

But what if the person trying this has reconstructed his DNA to include the necessary genes to synthesize the essential amino acids? Pokes a hole in your little theory.

While we’re fucking around with DNA let’s just solve that whole Myostatin issue and all eat pizza all day long and get jacked.
