I have been using Plazma/MAG-10 for a while as my only workout supplementation (with incredible results ), with a standard protein blend but found a 1kg bag of BCAAs stashed in my cupboard this morning.
What's the current thinking with BCAA supplementation? Most workouts I have one scoop of Plazma pre and one scoop during, with two scoops of MAG-10 at the end. Where would BCAAs fit around this?
I was thinking of taking it in between meals as a cheap pulse to save the MAG-10 (OMG it is expensive to get plazma to Oz at the moment!). Any other suggestions?
