I'm new to the forum, I'm really trying to optimize my results.
I'm a female in figure, I'm not trying to be the biggest, but I'd like to make sure I'm taking the right methods to build and maintain muscle.
Intra workout I recently switched from 1 scoop anabolic state (bcaa) to 15g protein and vitargo. Now since I have bcaa in my protein, I've skipped adding any additional, should I be adding more than what I get through my protein?
Basically, I drink 15g protein and carbs intra, and 15g protein and carb post, followed by post-workout meal 90 mins later. Is there a method in determining how much one needs, maybe that would better answer my question.
