BCAA or Free Aminos Pulsing


Hi Christian sorry for my english i am italian i have read all your articles and i love the way you teach and coach.
I will compete in june (24) man phisique and i do an If like you teach good carbo and pro pre and pw and a big meal in the evening…only good food rice veggies fish lean meat ecc ecc less than 100grams carbo a day. Now i am at 7% bf.
Now i want to cut carbo pre and post wo and try a bcaa or amino free pulsing to go to 5% bf and keep the same meal at evening. What do you think about? Muscle loss is not a concern i am “protected”
