BCAA + GH?

Hello. I’m thinking of stacking my current BCAA pills with some GH pills as well (nutritional values on the pic above). I have a few questions regarding the stack.

  1. Where’s the GH there? All I see are aminos.
  2. Why is there Boron there?
  3. Should I expect some bone thickening as well?
  4. With those GH pills, is there a risk of unwanted ventricular hypertrophy?
  5. How much will this stack help me in terms of gaining strength and keeping it (if I had to stop)?
  6. Overall, is stacking BCAA and those GH pills a good idea?

BTW, FYI, I’m also taking Omega 3, Primrose and Zinc.

Thanks.

I hope to god this is a joke.

You can’t buy growth hormone in a capsules otc at GNC.

The claim is that this blend will help you secrete a little more GH yourself.

WASTE.OF.MONEY.

Haven’t you been lifting like a year anyway?

There are no shortcuts, but GNC gets rich acting like there are.

Why did you side with BCAAs?

It’s a long story, but suffice to say that I’m limited to tablet supplements. Protein shakes are out of the question, so I went BCAA. Also, I get fish oil, primrose and zinc capsules from other family members.

Do you really think GABA has any appreciable impact on GH production?

How exactly does it work? Doesn’t it just give you a calm or relaxed feeling?

I thought studies had shown that yes, it does. If nothing else, the improved sleep works wonders for me.

Maybe so. I was more asking than anything. Never did all that much sleepwise for me, personally.
