BCAA Dosage?

I am going to supplement with BCAA as part of my post workout meal. My question is how much do I need? Here is the serving amount of the company that I am using:
Serving Size: 6 Caps

Amount Per Serving:

L-Leucine 1,500mg
L-Isoleucine 975mg
L-Valine 1,350mg
Vitamin C 100mg
Vitamin B6 10mg
L-Tyrosine 150mg

Directions: Take one serving upon waking and a second serving 30-60 minutes post workout. Non lifting days take one serving upon rising and one serving before bed.

Is it really necessary to take this much? Thanks for your help.

6’2"
215 lbs
9.7% bodyfat last time tested on 2/24/06.
I weight traing 4 days a week.

8 grams of bcaa’s isn’t that much. Considering their ARE essential, take however much you want.
