BCAA + CEE in Same Water?

Im switching from BCAA tablets to powder because of the price and im about to start takeing CEE.

Would i be losing any of the benefits if i took them in the same water/shake?


It shouldn’t make any difference. Most of the coaches here recommend taking creatine and BCAAs PWO anyways, so mixing them shouldn’t be bad.

Might I recommend sticking with creatine monohydrate?
