BBQ Question

I succumbed to the dark side over the weekend and bought a Broil King. I ended up buying the Regal, because I can’t use a smoker box with the rotisserie burner, so I probably wouldn’t have used it. I did grill some ground beef burgers, and they tasted great. Tonight I’ll be grilling some fish. On the weekend I’ll be slow roasing some ribs or a large roast.

Once my patio is complete with firepit and all, there will be a some real barbecuing going on. I’m going to build it using bricks and mortar, about 2’ high. What I am looking for though is a domed lid I can put on top. The goal here is to to be able to slow roast an entire goat or lamb. Even the 22" Weber can’t do that. I’d bank the hot coals on each side and place the carcass in the middle. I can’t wait! mmmmmmm…
