The only part of them I enjoy is the equipment forum. I have a home gym so it’s fun to look at other people’s setups an equipment and the people posting there are decent. The rest of the forums are very unregulated, seems like the mods ignore a lot.
I agree, threads seem to get out of hand over there. The mods should really nip it in the butt.
EDIT: Whoa, this post was recommended to me and I just noticed now it was 23days old. Oh well, it looked like fun and I missed out on it the first time around.
