I’ve read again the different variations from BBB described in the second book “Beyond”. Just want to be sure of what’s is recommended.
As I understand, there is two ways of doing BBB, that are doing a big lift and continuing with this one (template one), ore doing a big lift and continuing with the opposite one (template two).
The BBB variation I should be done only with template one.
The BBB variation II should be done only with template one ("… would be done EXACTLY the same as…").
What about de six week challenge? and the 5x5? and all the other one? Is there similar recommandation or both template could be done?
