BBB Three Month Challenge Long Term?

Just started 3rd cycle BBB three month challenge no deload. Really like the program. Not really felling worn down. Although last week 5x10x 60 percent dead lift was a brutal work work out after squats.

Any one ever run it non stop. Was going to see how 70% felt. Then at the end of the week just continue with 60%

I think it would be better to have 1-2 cycles of low volume work to re-sensitize your body to Hypertrophy protocols. Then you can start BBB again.

3rd month is/should be pretty rough so i’d evaluate after.
IMO ‘Beach Body’ is a better challenge and worth checking out
