BBB Setup Question



I got one small question on BBB. The variations 1 and 2 I see are not suggested to be done with alternating lifts, exemple bench 531 and ohp 5*10.

I wanted to do variation two but I want to stick to the program and not make any modifications. Is it ok to use alternating lifts on the 3 month challenge, or only on 5*5, *3,*1 variations?


Yes it is ok to do alternating lifts.
