Just wanted to give some respect to all the guys running BBB. I just started doing 3x5 FSL and its kicking my ass. Doing 5x10 has to be brutal.
I just started BBB this week and I'm loving it. Did deadlifts last night (prescribed much heavier than I would generally do them) and then accessory work was 5x10 squats which did kick my ass.
These workouts are time efficient, usually completed in <45mins.
Excited to get through the rotation a few times and start seeing the strength gains.
