In your book you mention I should always have a PR set, Joker sets, and FSL. Is it okay to do BBB with the opposite lift but keep the other three parts. For example, Squat 531+Jokers+FSL then 5x10 on deads?
I wouldn’t do that, no way. Too much volume and you are gonna end up quitting because of it.
Joker sets should be done every 6 weeks or so.
The BBB and FSL and everything else - probably a bit too much. I’ve put out 100’s of templates that I’ve used or others have used over the years. PLEASE use them. They work. I’ve also put out entire training plans. PLEASE USE THEM.
