BBB FSL Routine, Pull-Ups Between Main Lifts?

I’m currently running BBB FSL mentioned in the 531 Forever book, my question is should I do Pull Ups between my Main Lifts on top of the 25-50 Pull reps he recommends for this routine or stick stricktly to the 25-50 Pull reps?

Assistance done during/between the main lift still counts towards your total #.
