So I have run BBB before and I felt like I was growing off of it but the gains seemed to have no strength increase to go with them. I just felt bloated when I tried to do athletic things. Do I need time to make that new muscle stronger or is it just muscle for show so to speak? So in other words does bigger = stronger (in the long run)?
BBB is exactly what it sounds like - but it's impossible to have a training program make you bloated. I would advise you to add in the basics of jumping, throwing and mobility work.
