seems that BBs tend to squat for high reps continuos tension…is this correct for growth?
squats are good for high reps, but also low reps.
Watch some bb videos.
IME its hard to not grow from any rep range with squats. Personally, low reps work better for me.
as long as the weight is heavy enough you will grow.
imo with legs its about volume, heavy weight, lots of reps.
I got a lot of growth from doing a lot of singles with heavy weight with squats but I always do high rep hack squats afterwards.
