I am considering starting this program in a month or so (when my schedule allows me to) and I was curious about the nutrition aspect of it. The article does not go into much detial so I was wondering if anyone who is using the program or even considering using the program will post a sample diet on a workout day? I'm interested in how everyone elses diets would compare to what I was thinking. Be sure to include weight, BF, goals, ect.
