I've been seeing info latley about a third generation serm that is currently being reviewed by the FDA. It's called bazedoxifene and it is thought to have the ability to destroy estrogen receptor sites. It's being developed by Pfizer. Anyone know/heard anything about this? If you destroy the estrogen receptor sites does that create long term problems?
Doesn't sound like a good idea to me :).
If it destroys E receptors in your brain, libido will fail and you will have zero sex drive. There will be other very adverse effects on mental function.
If it destroys E2 receptors in the hypothalamus and LH/FSH goes open-loop, the high constant LH levels would shutdown your testes and there goes your T levels.
So we know for sure that it will not destroy T receptors?
Sounds like a male castration pill.
