Thanks CT for answering so many questions already! I have a few more questions:
When I went to order your book from you, I noticed that the only raining programs you offered with the book were for hockey and football. I understand basketball is not your specialty, but its hard to find good information on basketball training these days. Could you please tell me what the best lifts for basketball are? Should all the exercises during a training program be explosive? How should I go about developing a basketball program using all aspects of the game (speed, power, etc.)?
