Basketball Program...

I’m currently a basketball athlete,a point guard infact.

I train for basketball about 2 hours each day apart from thursday, and saturday. i also lift at every opportunity, its just hard for me to find a program that i:

  1. enjoy doing.
  2. get results from.

i have heard i need to require more explosiveness to help in my sport. can anyone recommend any workouts or anything to help?
It would be much appreciated.

Look into Olympic style lifting… cleans, snatches, etc…

as for results have you ever stuck to any program long enough to get results. any program if done consistent and with intensity will give you result they just dont ever come over night
