Basketball/Bodybulding?

if you want your upper body to be a little bigger too. theres a variant of the 5/3/1 which is big but boring. just incorparate some assistance work. like what CANTONA mentioned. pull ups, dips, rows are good exercises to pack on the mass. just do the correct number of reps and sets. (: i.e 3x8 5x10 im not really sure about this. ill leave the reps and sets to the more experienced ppl but you get the gist (: )

Check out some of the programs Karl Malone used to do. I was reading up on him awhile back… he was a freak.

Just as some encouragement, I think Phil Heath started out a basketball player.
