Agree, a rice cooker is a great thing for anyone who wants to eat healthy, and it also saves a lot of time.

And thank you again for highlighting the budget-friendly options! My own diet used to be much like this meal plan, and I also cooked my own chicken broth. Now I can afford more variety in vegetables and meat, but I still remember the days when it mattered.
