Barely Avoided Disaster

Ok, bench day. A little sore, but what the hey.
10 x 135, 8 x 185, 6 x 225, 5s x 6r x 275, 15 x 225 w/pause on the last 3.

I feel pretty sore but, I got through it.

I asked because I just went through something with my elbow, not after a drop, but a over-done pulling workout. Felt fine, did a push, then four days later, ouch! I slept with deep-heating rub wrapped with plastic. It worked, that’s all that matters. good luck

Well after 4 weeks I wasnt getting better. Had a chest xray. Just got off the phone w/the Doc. I have a partially collapsed lung and She said she was sure bruised ribs too.

Not to worry, benched today any way (she said it could take 3 mo.to heal).
