Bar Speed Problem?


when i deadlift i can never go above 210 because the bar stops moving fast at about the 4th rep
what would fix this? thanks in advance


what do you mean? as long as the bar is moving its going fast enough. just do some dl's and keep getting stronger.

P.S. when the weight is lighter the bar should move fast, when its heavy the bar will move slow. with heavy weight it doesn't matter how fast the bar is, all that matters is that your trying to lift it was fast as possible


sounds like you just need to get stronger. don't make things too complicated. Stick to a proven program and work your ass off. The gains will follow
