So while looking for new back exercises I can do in lockdown I saw overhead banded shrugs.
I tried them and O M G my back is on fire. I did 3 sets to failure getting 15, 12 and 10 reps and my back felt like it had never moved in that way before but in a good way. I’m got massive issues with thoracic flexibility and I think these will help by the feel of things.
