anyone have any soft tissue work I can do for this ? it’s giving me hell trying to do neutral grip dumbell presses, and alot of the upper body stuff in the max. strength program. I posted in EC’s thread but i know he’s got alot going on and wondering if anyone else can help me.
it goes down the left side of my neck, through my shoulder area, and down the inner part of my elbow, wrist. even light weights like 25 pounds feel very unstable, it feels as though certain muscles aren’t working at all.
