I slept in a bad way on my shoulder and was in so much pain that I almost couldn’t convince myself to lift. I thought that I had an early training session for work on Friday though, so I did this a day early. I mixed up the dates, not surprising given the current state of things.

This was a pretty good session. This week I will start a new cycle that won’t be completed before I go on vacation, so I’ll probably repeat the first several sessions when I return anyway.

Deadlifts felt way heavier than they should have. Looking back, I haven’t taken any time off from training since late September (not counting my stint with COVID). I have one more full working week and a few more training sessions to survive :^)
