Well, I didn’t know if I was going to post again. After I got through over here in Feb, I went home for about 6 months. I was thinking I was only going to be home for 3 months, but it took longer than I thought to come back. Don’t think I can complain much. Spent a lot of time on my bike(seeing as that’s the only transportation I had), rented a Challenger and road tripped to Minneapolis from Dallas to see Target Field, oh and my cousin.
I found out the job market is still kinda tight in the IT world, so I will spend another couple years here till the draw down and see how things are looking. Fro those that don’t know Bagram is one of the largest basses here. Its not too bad. Decent PX and I’m far enough out of the main area to feel like I’m back on a smaller base.
I waited bout a week to get used to the altitude and got back to it. Still lifted at home but towards the end I got kinda lazy. I started doing some EDT. Good program, but I should have been doing some conditioning on my off days. SO now I’m back to 5/3/1 3 days a week and conditioning two days a week. I’m currently on week two. But today was conditioning.

50 Clean and Press
50 Mountain Climbers
35lb Bell 31:31
Prolly one more day with the 35 and then move up to the 45. Eventually I will put in Burpees for squat thrusts.
