Thanks for the reply! How much of each ingredient do you have in this meal, how much oatmeal, eggs and overall. I´m also hunting for new ideas and portion sizes because I´m struggeling a bit regarding how much to eat and I eat way to less. Thanks for the help

I don’t measure out the eggs as I’ve made them for long I know just about what to eat and counting too much just gets on my nerves lol. If I ever do a comp (thinking about it next year) then I of course will but I’ll do 3 whole eggs (just the egg whites) and a good pour of liquid egg whites. As far carbs usually 60-70g of carbs from oatmeal for leg/back day and 40-50g for chest/arms. This is for my muscle building phase and additionally just 1tbsp of almond butter
