hallo,
this winter my left knee gets 3 consecutive legaments distorsion because of my last football season.
plus I discovered from xray that my knees cartilagines are gone.
all ok, can still walk and do the stairs
I’m doing light trapbar lift (140/160lb x20 reps), there is some other excercise to stress my legs muscles without stressing too much joints?
