Bad Knees (Both)



this winter my left knee gets 3 consecutive legaments distorsion because of my last football season.
plus I discovered from xray that my knees cartilagines are gone.
all ok, can still walk and do the stairs :slight_smile:
I'm doing light trapbar lift (140/160lb x20 reps), there is some other excercise to stress my legs muscles without stressing too much joints?

With that much damage in your knees, I would focus on what you can do to rehab. That's first and foremost.

IMO, the most appropriate exercise for you would be higher rep "Shoulder Stand Squats":
