Training-wise I think I'll run a Cooper's test prep plan I got from Rob Shaul at LE Athlete. It's 4x a week based on sprints, 800m timed intervals, push ups, sit ups and bench. I'll add pull ups 2x a week as they aren't included in the template.
I also think I'll diet down a little. I expect the group runs and calesthenics will be easier at 205/210# than they will be at 220/225.
