Bad Day Lifting, Change Calories?

If you have bad days of lifting consistently or even just once, do you guys eat less calories on that day? Say I couldnt push myself to bench a certain weight and my triceps gave up after benching so I couldnt do any more pressing movements without lifting more than an ants load. In short words if your workout sucked ass do you EaT less to compensate?

This is on a bulking phase? Not dirty bulking hahah

Also what do you do if this happens often?

You shouldn’t change your nutrition because you failed a lift. That’s ass about.

Not a lift but a session/sessions were garbage

Still a no

Use less weight.

I also fail to see if you don’t have enough energy to make it through a workout, reducing your energy intake further helping. Seems counter intuitive.
