I have a problem…im at about 7%BF so i have prominent abs and i work them often and they look fine. Only problem is that they dont line up very well at all. When looking down on my own abs,the the two the middle and bottom abs in the right virticle row are about half inch too high.
They work fine but look like shit because the middle one is smaller and looks odd…NEED HELP!!! ILL DO ANYTHING FOR THEM TO LINE UP…sorry no pics
