Another newbie here with a question for the vet back loaders.
I have just completed the 10 day phase with the only carbs coming from veg and salad and dropped weight from 12st 8lbs to 12st 2.5lbs.
I had some 50g white rice the other day and my weight has gone back up to 12st 6lbs is backloading not for me?
I’m 52 in 2 days time possibly what people may call skinny fat.

dude your weight can fluctuate by 5lbs easily over the course of a day or two. Try not to obsess too much about scale weight. The initial weight loss on a low carb diet is all water anyway.
