Backloading

Hi everyone,
Another newbie here with a question for the vet back loaders.
I have just completed the 10 day phase with the only carbs coming from veg and salad and dropped weight from 12st 8lbs to 12st 2.5lbs.

I had some 50g white rice the other day and my weight has gone back up to 12st 6lbs is backloading not for me?
I'm 52 in 2 days time possibly what people may call skinny fat.

dude your weight can fluctuate by 5lbs easily over the course of a day or two. Try not to obsess too much about scale weight. The initial weight loss on a low carb diet is all water anyway.

Stay the course, you’ll be fine.

Are they OK for backloading with?

lol, they’re not exactly good for you but you are allowed a little indulgence over the festive season.

Lol, I love email but seriously with the fruit and rich sugar pastry I thought they would be high in gi carb’s

well yeah, they are, but despite what Kiefer says to sell books you’re really not going to get in shape pounding down tons of sugar every evening.

Enjoy your xmas but in general terms get your carbs from nutritious sources.
