What is exactly is a “backlift” (the lift that Paul anderson used over 6000 lbs. for) and how is it done?
Wow. Paul Anderson! I haven’t heard that name in many years. Awesome strength but what a gut.
Your whole body will be under a big honkin platform/table looking thing. Bend over & put your hands on a stool or bench with your arms besically straight & keep you knees slightly bent. What you do is straighten your arms & legs at the same time to lift the platform. The rom shouldn’t be more than an inch or so & the lift is over in a split second
