I had microfracture done on my knee and I’m going crazy sitting around!!! I’m getting back in the gym next week.
The only problem is that I won’t be able to do much leg work for the next 6-8 MONTHS!!! I’ve been told no squats. Not sure what the F I’m going to do about legs.
Anyone here ever been through microfracture before? Any advice on how I can avoid CLS? (Chicken Leg Syndrome)
