No kidding. I like wearing dresses and I look nice in them if they have a waist. I have a nice body with decent proportions. I imagine it must be even more frustrating for women shopping who already feel like their own bodies are unflattering and then throw on those ugly garments.

200-2 I’m going to partly blame the rack we were using. You can’t set it up facing away from the mirror. My tendency is to lean into the mirror exacerbating my forward lean problem. I stripped the bar and dragged it into another room with a rack that can be set up facing out
200-3x3 These were much better but still felt hard.

We spent the entire day doing repairs to our shed which really isn’t a shed so much as and outbuilding because it’s 12’x16’. It absolutely shattered me so I wasn’t expecting much for training. We really should have it torn down and have the area graded and paved for extra parking but I suspect that will cost an awful lot so we’ll keep propping it up for the time being.
Same size as my shed out back. Do most of my wood working out there. Nice Conv DL.
I’m setting it up to do welding without, hopefully, burning it down. We got rid of most of the scrap and garbage. I put cement board down in an 8’x8’ area to work as a floor.
Week 4 Day 1
This is the best squats have felt since the meet. I suspect the bar we used was light but that’s okay. My confidence needed it.

255-1 add belt, went up fast
285-0 I was thinking 2 maybe 3 reps. Got zero. I don’t lose any sleep over missed reps this close to my opener. I was tired this week and shit happens.
265-1 even this was slow and felt heavy after straining over 285

This was yesterday. Today we took a long walk in the conservation area. It was lovely. The weather was a bit cooler. We did about a 5km loop.
This is how the dog felt after the hike but she thoroughly enjoyed it while we were there.
