Back to Maintenance for a While?

I have been dieting for 10 weeks with around a 400 calorie defecit. I am currently around 15% and would like to get to around 10%. Would it be best to take a break and go back up to maintenance calories for a month before continuing with the cut? I have made decent slow and steady progress but I think I may need to give my body a break. Thoughts?
